Bad hair day

It is a rule: if you decide not to shower, fix your hair, or wear clean clothing when you quickly dash to the grocery store for milk you WILL run into someone you know. That person will be well kept, clean and eager to recognize you. This happened to me today. Ugh.

Another thing that happened to me at the grocery store today was that I noticed a large display of CoQ10 supplements beside a “best heart health” display.
